Looking for a beginning sewing experience for your school-aged child? This class is designed to help kids ages 8-12 start their sewing journey. We guide them through the use of the sewing machine and teach basic sewing techniques. They will make a stuffed pincushion, a pillowcase, and a tote bag.

You have the option of sending them with a sewing machine from home or renting one of our classroom machines (these may not be taken home). Alternatively, you may purchase a machine for them to use both in class and take home after class is over, or as a surprise gift to take home on the last class day.

This class is for one week, consists of four sessions, Tuesday - Friday from 10-12noon.
