Email our customer service team or visit one of our retail locations to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verification of your receipt.
Pack Your Item
Carefully package your sewing machine, vacuum, or accessory in its original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship or Drop Off
Bring your item to any Meissner showroom or ship it back to our main warehouse via a tracked carrier to finalize your refund or exchange processing.
